UNCOMPROMISING DURABLE
By listening to the climbing community and responding to their need, Arc’teryx designers and fabric developers tasked themselves to come up with a durable, wearable, contemporary legging that stands up to rock, rope, harnesses and multiple days of adventures. Offering conformity, comfort and confidence to female climbers that regular climbing pants cannot compete with, the Oriel leggings are built for challenges and overcoming them. Where everyday leggings are easily affected by abrasion, the Oriel leggings are designed to be rock proof, using a thicker nylon 6,6 knit size fabric. The increase in toughness however does not compromise comfort. Narrow merrow stitching along strategically placed seams provides a chafe-free experience and Powernet Stretch mesh allows the waistband to keep moisture out and prevents it from slipping. The Oriel leggings are constructed with a thick black Lycra infused with elastane, which allows the mobility desired by climbers without risk of show through.
