Freestyle meets mordern style
Change is good, but the right kind of change is even better. When the Arc’teryx designers set out to create the Sentinel AR and the Sabre AR for Fall 2019, they leaned heavily on the feedback from athletes and everyday users alike. Sentinel and Sabre are legacy pieces for Arc’teryx, and the Fall 2019 AR versions have been designed with a more comfortable fit and a modern freeride style.

IMPROVED COMFORT AND PERFORMANCE
A big change is coming to the fit and feel of the Sentinel and Sabre jackets. New for Fall 2019, the AR versions feature an expanded torso that is more spacious, granting more flexibility when turning and with room for an extra layer to fit comfortably. The comfort level is extended even further by a softer flannel backer material on the inside of the jacket. Essential features of the Sentinel AR and the Sabre AR were designed for maximum efficiency. The pit zippers have been moved slightly towards the top of the jacket, for better accessibility and to keep from pinching the user. The pocket volume for both the hand and sleeve pockets have been increased to allow more storage capability. As always, providing the best possible weather-proof solution for freeride users, we used a strong, yet supple, outer face fabric of GORE-TEX N70p 3L to protect the Sentinel AR and Sabre AR from the elements.
