Delaney Schweitzer joined the Amer Sports family in 2019 as the Chief Retail Officer, with a strong focus on helping Arc’teryx bring its unique and inspiring culture to a global audience.
As Chief Commercial Officer, Delaney continues to champion strategic and innovative solutions to drive quality, productivity and revenues on global-wide activities. Dedicated to reinventing the retail experience, Delaney drives forward Arc’teryx’s vertical transformation, elevating product knowledge, leaning into circularity and forging community connections to serve mountain athletes and enthusiasts at a global scale.
Delaney has helped to shape Arc’teryx’s commitment to Truth and Reconciliation, sharing resources and reflections as a leader, shaping brand roadmaps for Reconciliation, and supporting anti-racism education for all levels of the organization.
A devoted leader, innovator, and entrepreneur, Delaney previously spent 13+ years at lululemon, most recently as EVP, Retail. A member of the founding team at lululemon, she oversaw its rapid growth to over 300 global retail locations and $2B+ in total sales.
With focus on the future of retail, Delaney is one of the Founders of TurF: a conceptual shopping experience launched in 2016 that combines her passions of healthy living, community and innovation.
