Dominique Showers to Position Arc’teryx as the Leader in Women’s Performance Sportswear
NORTH VANCOUVER, British Columbia, March 24, 2020 – Arc’teryx Equipment, the global design company specializing in technical high-performance apparel, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dominique Showers as the company’s first VP of Women’s. For two years, Dominique has been actively building the Veilance team and has provided incredible leadership across the organization. In her new role, she will build and lead a cross-functional team working alongside product, retail and brand leadership to refine and develop a fresh and relevant women’s product range and execute a compelling global go-to-market strategy.

My goal is to inspire more women to feel included in the Arc’teryx brand, where they are confident to pursue their interests while remaining true to themselves. In her role, Dominique’s main purpose will be to achieve balanced product representation and establish Arc’teryx as the leader in women’s performance sportswear. Her development and execution of the Arc’teryx women’s strategy will work to empower and inspire women to enjoy the full range of Arc’teryx products and initiatives.
